		<description>I love what you said about watching what people do as well as what they say to do.  i learned this in 1970&#039;s writing radio commercials. i needed my 60 second commercials to pull or i was worthless. so i watched top advertising agencies to see what they did when a commercial pulled extremely well.  and it was not what they told you they did even though i think they believed that. but as i learned to reverse engineer a successful ad i realized they actually always did some things the same. so great advice. WATCH AND LEARN and listen too. I was reminded of this when i traveled to my home town, when a fellow said hey jim remember the farmer ad you wrote for the tire dealer. wow that was close to 40 years ago. I just ran across you and my 1st time to listen to your video. i applaud you. But who am i in IM. Nobody yet :-)</description>

		<description>James - I&#039;ve been researching IM Guru&#039;s for a while, and recently than across you.  I am extremely impressed with your professional approach to IM.  It was just earlier this week that I sent a message to two of my current &quot;guru&#039;s/mentor&#039;s stating my total frustration with the current trends almost all so called guru&#039;s use.... the spaghetti email product bombardment.  Recently, my email inbox exceeded 2,000 emails in one day, the majority I consider to be the latest get rich product spam.

Persons who are truly interested in learning IM will become victim to overload.  I realized that this must be the real objective of most guru&#039;s.  Simply bombard your potential competition with information overload until they give up.

I spent almost 1 week updating my email spam list.  Now that I am bank on track, I plan on being VERY selective regarding which IM &quot; guru&quot; I follow. I am very much a business professional and am now interested in learning, and growing my business from a very few top professionals.
